Weddings
I have recently been entrusted to record three weddings, and although this would not be my first choice to capture the happy couples day, Using techniques taught to me at various workshops, I took the approach of being invisible to try and capture the emotions of the day rather than the more traditional ways of lining up groups for mug shots. When possible, I like to have the bride and groom with me a few days before to test how they react to having their photograph taken. It seemed to have worked, but still remains one of the most nerve wracking aspects of photography!
