Dovercourt Lighthouse

I paid a visit to Dovercourt Lighthouse over the weekend. Having checked the tide times and the local weather forecast, I decided to make the four hundred mile round trip to this historic landmark. Of course, the best laid plans, it poured down, and I found myself rushing in and out of the car between rain hard enough to lift up man hole covers! I was still pleased with the result, and will revisit soon, with a little more light next time!
